The purpose of this research is to establish the appropriate system on demolition work of wooden houses. In this research, the followings has been investigated; 1) Requirement working time to deconstruction process, 2) Amount of construction waste, 3) Environmental impact on processing of construction waste. 4) Required cost to demolition work.
