| Research Abstract |
This study implements the comparative study on public private partnership (hereafter PPP) of urban development in the context of urban regeneration in Japan and Germany. Main results of the study is following:
1) analysis of historical development process of PPP urban development in Japan and Germany
2)Verification of PPP urban development in Japan; its performance and problem
3)Analysis of new type of PPP urban development: institution and its praxis
4) Perspective and tasks of PPP urban development in the future based on comparative study.
