At Hoi An - the world heritage site of Vietnam, this study has disclosed the following:Under touristy
(1)Changes in the facade of traditional townhouses and its primary factor
(2) Impact on traditional townhouses and lifestyle in there
(3) Actual situation of emasculation of townscape
(4) Based on the questionnaires to tourists, objective confirmation of the charm of Hoi AnThe total of these, our study team proposed measures to Hoi An will develop as a tourist destination sustainable in the future to the local government, and examined it
