Research Abstract |
In this study, we developed hydrophilic polyurea thin film using vacuum evaporate polymerization and vacuum ultraviolet irradiation method and we used it for low temperature bonding layer of bio devices. Then, we succeed in keeping hydrophilic surface for 2 month in atmosphere and getting 1.0 Mpa bonding strength.
