Research Abstract |
In this study we identified acyl CoA binding domain containing 3 (ACBD3) as a binding partner of PPM1L and suggested that ACBD3 recruits PPM1L to the ER-Golgi membrane contact site. We also demonstrated that PPM1L interacts with GOLD(Golgi dynamics) domain that exists in several proteins involved in Golgi function.
