Research Abstract |
We developed a novel method termed IVET-IP (in vivoexpressed-tag immunoprecipitation system), which enables us to identify bacterial genes expressed in host environments. This method could be useful to search factors that determine the host specificity and pathogenicity of Bordetella spp.
