| Research Abstract |
In home care, close interactionsbetween healthcare staff and patients are indispensable. We developed an iPad application named “e-Renraku Notebook” (e-Communication Notebook, e-RN) for home care. The “e-RN” enables home-care patients input their daily status and exchange information with healthcare staff on a timely basis. Cloud computing is used for data management of this system. Effective usage of “e-RN” has a potential to improve the quality of home health care.
