| Research Abstract |
We tried to develop the new method for making asthmatic mice which could be done a single instillation of allergen. This method can reduce much stress during instillation of allergen to mice. While mice were shown the asthmatic symptoms and histological changes, these responces were weak. Our method needs to update for this purpose.
