Research Abstract |
The aim of this study was to investigate whether both Dai-saiko-to (TJ-8) and Bofu-tsusho-san (TJ-62) have any influence on the development of preneoplastic lesions as well as liver fibrosis.Results: After 12 weeks, both TJ-8 and TJ-62 prevented fibrosis in a dose-dependent manner by Azan, Sirius Red, αSMA expression (p < 0.05).
