| Research Abstract |
MSC contributed to tumor engraftment via CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling and tumor progression through promoting angiogenesis. The mechanism of CXCL12 activation remains to be elucidated because it appears to be regulated by neither epigenetics nor miRNAs. These information concerning tumorigenic effects of MSC is necessity for clinical use of MSC therapy in the near future.
