Research Abstract |
Rho/ROCK pathway regulates various cellular functions. In this study, we found that Rho/ROCK pathway is activated in renal cortex of db/db mouse and involved in upregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines in cultured mesangial cells, suggesting critical role of Rho/ROCK pathway played inthe pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
