Research Abstract |
In addition to the activation of both signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) 3 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2, the CD45-Lyn-mediating activation of the phosphoinositide (PI) 3-kinase-Akt signaling pathways appear to be important for the IL-6 induced proliferation of myeloma cells.
