Research Abstract |
For evaluation of myocardial function in fetuses with arrhythmias, TAPSE and MAPSE obtained by M-mode appear to be useful method. Other new echocardiography technics still have limitation to assess fetal arrhythmias. ECG gating and more experience for fetal tachycardia is needed. During this study, we found novel technic for assessing fetal bradycardia using diastolic small Doppler signal in the ascending aorta.
