| Research Abstract |
a.MRI撮影条件最適化;
q-space imagingの元となる拡散強調画像を充分なsignal to noise ratio(SNR)で15分以内に獲得することを可能とするような標準的手法を確立することを模索した。現在のところ軸数を減らすことでこれが達成可能であることを確認した。
b.b factorの検討;
q-space imagingにおいては段階上に異なる様々なb factorを用いて撮影を行うが良質な画像を得るのに必要最低限のステップ数を検討した。約10ステップ程度は必要であることが判明した。
c.効率的画像解析に特化したソフトウェア開発
q-space imagingをinteractiveに解析可能とするような簡便に使いやすいインターフェースを有するソフトウェアの開発を行なうことを計画したが,これはまだ達成していない。
