Research Abstract |
Deterioration in frequency discrimination is one of the major factors contributing to inability to language discrimination. For accessing these problem, we firstly conducted establish of measuring frequency selectivity by measuring the compound action potential of auditory nerve using mice. Second, we investigated frequency tonotopisity in mice by imaging technique.
