Research Abstract

Adipose-derived regenerative cell (ADRC) have been proved effective for angiogenic therapy in mice hind-limb ischemic model. Under condition of diabetes mellitus and aging, angiogenic efficacy has been diminished, however it is not observed under hypertensive condition. Useful information was brought by our investigation for future research.
