Research Abstract |
To establish an effective method of the bone regeneration, we developed new artificial bone hybridized with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (1). Then (2) weexamined the possibility of the osteogenic and chondrogenic induction of adipose-derived stem cell. And (3), for the purpose of establishing a generic technology of the bone regeneration using the iPS cell I examined a culture condition suitable for the differentiation instruction to the osteoblasts of induced pluripotent stem cells, and confirmed the differentiation instruction to osteoblaststic cells.
