Research Abstract |
Development of spatial magnetic field imaging technique using polarized pulsed neutron has been performed. The combination of the tree-dimensional neutron polarization analysis and the neutron wavelength dependence analysis using pulsed neutrons makes it possible to quantify both the direction and strength of magnetic fields. Using this technique, we have succeeded to evaluate the magnetic field distribution inside a soft magnetic material.
