Research Abstract |
New nanopolymers with amino acid were newly synthesized by using essential amino acids and n-butylcyanoacrylate medicine. This nano particle showed antitumor effects dependent on time and concentration to the lymphatic tumor cell and epithelium tumor cell strains. The antineoplasmic effect Such nano-particles, showd strong effect, were those coupled with Gly, Asp, Asn, and His. This nano particle activated caspases 8 and caspases 3 were activated, then the apoptosis's cell death is induced subsequently by DNA cleavage. In vivo, this nano particle inhibited notably tumorigenesis by transplantation to a nude mice. This nano polymer coupled with amino acid is hopeful as a new treatment of cancers also cancer prevention.
