Research Abstract

平成23年度は、以下の研究活動を実施した。
(1)既存文献のレビュー 本研究は「外部経営環境-経営戦略-人的資源管理(HRM)施策-従業員行動-組織成果」間の関連性、及び因果の連鎖を、国際比較の視点から分析対象としていることから、(1)経営戦略論、(2)戦略的人的資源管理論、(3)ミクロ組織論及び、(4)調査対象各国地域の地域経営研究及び比較経営学の大きく4つの分野の既存文献のレビューを行った。(2)各国企業への事前調査(インタビュー)の実施 調査対象として選定した複数の企業に対し、資料収集・事前インタビュー調査を実施した。(3)仮説の構築と質問紙の作成 上記、文献レビューと事前のインタビュー調査をもとに、定量データの分析において検証可能な複数の作業仮説を設定した。具体的には、(1)企業の外部環境や産業特性と経営戦略との適合関係、(2)外部環境と経営戦略との適合関係が、特定のH R M施策の実施に与える影響、(3)H R Mの諸施策が従業員の種々の行動/態度(組織サポート知覚、上司・部下交換関係、心理的契約、職務満足や関与、離転職意思)に与えるクロスレベルの影響、及び(4)種々の従業員行動/態度が、個人の職務成果や組織成果に与えるクロスレベルの影響の4点に焦点を合わせ、仮説が設定された。(4)質問紙のパイロット調査と予備的分析 質問紙のパイロット調査を実施された。(5)研究成果の公表 研究成果の一部は、Academy of Management (AOM)、Academy of International Business (AIB)、Association of Japanese Business Studies (AJBS)、Asia Academy of Management (AAoM)、組織学会、日本労務学会、経営行動科学学会等の各年次大会で報告された。
