Research Abstract |
Strenuous exercise induces a temporary immunosuppression. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise trainingon exercise-induced immunosuppression, using the lipopolysaccharide(LPS) injection model. As a result, exercise trainingaffects LPS-induced tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-alpha after acute exercise. This study indicates a possibility that exercise training might not affect the open-window phenomenon.
