Research Abstract |
In this study, we have demonstrated development of novel photoaffinity labeling, in which 4-fluoroindole was utilized as a photoreactive group. Model study revealed that Neutravidin photolabeled with biotinylated 4-fluorotryptophan could be detected. This method is expected to be applied for identification of receptor proteins for peptide ligand
