| Research Abstract |
Several mutually related legal issues arise regarding deterrence, compensation, and insurance when liabilities matter. This project researched these issues from the perspectives of both civil law and insurance law.
This research analyzed the relationship between liability and insurance, with a focus on the issue of catastrophic risks and the issue of coordinating compensation from collateral sources.
