| Research Abstract |
First of all, we collect survey data about patenting utilization practice and aggregate data. Then we investigate patent utilization strategy from life-cycle perspective in our paper. Secondly by using the same survey data, we preliminarily examine whether there is positive or negative connection between technology competitive position and patent utilization level. Thirdly we extract the necessary data item for my analysis from patent database and merge company financial data with patent data. Lastly we temporarily investigate how patent utilization strategy relates to corporative advantage.
