| Research Abstract |
The outcome of this study includes five papers ,two books and three conference presentations . The four of five papers are theoretical studies that research the latest leadership studies in terms of followers view. The one of five papers is a case study. The two books are text book of leadership. The two of presentations are international conference. The one of presentations is domestic conference.
