Research Abstract

This research examined minority language/culture education in Canada. It analyzed what problems the minority language programs in Canadian schools are facing and how the social situation such as demographic changes has affected the education programs. The result will end up in profound suggestions for Japanese schools which lag far behind in multicultural education or educational support for minority students.
