Research Abstract

Polyelectrolyte dispersion is a solution of large charged polymers in a solvent of small molecules. We developed a direct numerical simulation to solve the dynamics of such dispersions, where the coupling among hydrodynamic interaction, electro-osmotic flow and thermal fluctuation is accounted in physically correct manner.
