Research Abstract |
Self-incompatibility is defined as the inability of a fertile hermaphrodite plant to produce zygotes after self-pollination. In this research, we elucidated causal reasons of a disruption of the self-incompatibility system in Arabidopsis thaliana. Also, we obtained gene information involving in a self-incompatibility network, by the Laser Microdissection-Next Generation Sequencing transcriptome analysis of Arabidopsis papilla cell.
