Research Abstract

To understand a role of cellular and humoral immunity against viral-infection in teleost fish, we have investigated in vivo functions of T-cells and B-cells in controlling of viral infection employing clonal ginbuna crucian carp. The results obtained in this study suggest that anti-viral T-cell functions in teleosts do not completely correspond to mammalian ones.
