| Research Abstract |
To identify stem cells in mouse spermatogenesis, I analysed the fate behaviour of GFRα1-expressing spermatogonia and their progeny at single-cell resolution by combining in vivo live-imaging with pulse-labeling studies. Data suggest that the morphologically heterogeneous population of GFRα1-expressing spermatogonia together comprise a stem cell pool
