Research Abstract |
Our aim is to develop of the probe, which is protected by arylsulfonyl group, for GST detection. The deprotected molecule, which is not a glutathione conjugate, makes it possible to achieve signal cell retention. We succeeded in synthesis of fluorogenic probes, bioluminescent probes, 19F-NMR probes and prodrugs against GST activity.
