Research Abstract

The SAD kinases play central roles for neuronal polarization. During this term, we tried bioinformatic identification of proteins with consensus sequences of SAD kinase-mediated phosphorylation. We identified two downstream molecules by this method. We also identified two direct binding partners by yeast two-hybrid screen.
