Research Abstract |
We examined the influences of psychological stress on sexual behaviors using the communication box method in mice. Eight-week old C57BL/6J male mice exposed to stress repeatedly decreased in the numbers of approaches and mounting to females, and showed deficits of social behaviors. Enriched environments for 2 weeks attenuated impairments of sociability but not sexual behaviors.
