Research Abstract |
In this study, we examined the physiological roles of C-C chemokines in antigen-induced arthritis and osteoclast development. MIP-1α-CCR1 signaling enhanced inflammatory bone destruction and osteoclast development. Thus, CCL3-CCR1 signaling might be a molecular target for the treatment of inflammatory arthritis.
