Research Abstract |
IκBNS has been identified as a member of the IκB family of NF-κB inhibitors, which is recognized as a regulatory factor of innate immunity. In this study, I found that IκBNS KO B cells are deficient in proliferation, immunoglobulin production and plasma cell differentiation. These results suggest a previously unidentified role for IκBNS in humoral immune regulation.
