Research Abstract |
Focused on the increase in agalactosyl IgG in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), the pathophysiological roles of oligosaccharide alterations on immunoglobulin and immune cells were investigated using colitis model. For clinical application, the relationship between oligosaccharide alterations and patient characteristics in IBD patients were also clarified.
