Research Abstract |
We developed immortalized cells derived from several cell lines to establish immortalize erythropoietin-producing cells. Erythropoietin production was easily detected using the reporter line system. Erythropoietin-producing cells which expressed GFP were selected by cell sorter. In addition, we developed an erythropoietin-overexpress vector, and confirmed the long-term production of erythropoietin in vector-tranfected cells.
