Research Abstract |
We established the methods of isolating circulating tumor cells from melanoma patients by using the magnetic beads and melanoma specific antibodies. CTC genotyping may be useful as a biomarker of molecular-targeted therapy by using BRAF inhibitor for melanoma patients.
