Research Abstract |
We elucidated the molecular mechanisms of upregulating angiotensin II type 1 receptor and angiotensin II-dependent angiogenesis after CDDP treatments in bladder cancer. We further elucidated the upregulation of angiogenic aggressiveness thorough angiotensin II pathway in acquired platinum-resistant bladder cancer.
