Research Abstract |
Endometrial cancer and stromal tissues were microdissected and separate microarray analysis were performed using GeneChip. By microarray analysis, 11 candidate genes associated with disease progression were identified, and these genes may be associated with cancer-stroma interaction in endometrial cancer.
