Research Abstract

We found that Cotyelenin A is a potent inhibitor of cell proliferation and apoptosis, and it changes tumor characteristics in retinoblastoma cell lines. Differences in the effect of Cotyelenin A on ocular retinoblastoma tumors and metastatic tumours were observed. However, we could not detect the function of nerves protection in rat retina ganglion cells (RGC5).
