Research Abstract |
The alkaline phosphatase activity, that shows the differentiation into hard tissue formation cells, on RPC-C2A cells was suppressed by mechanical stress. Also, alkaline phosphatase activity on human dental pulp cells was similarly suppressed by mechanical stress. These results show mechanical stress may suppress hard tissue formation cell.
