Research Abstract

Japanese college students who have problems of sleep were divided into four groups (higher selective attention group, lower depression and anxiety and other evaluations group, higher scores of all evaluations group and higher selective attention and dysfunctional belief and attitude group). And our program using E-mail showed sufficient efficacy.
