| Summary of the Research Project |
本研究は、クロスモーダル相互作用が、感覚・知覚、身体感覚・情動、さらには行動変容や意思決定にまで影響するプロセスの解明と、クロスモーダルな変化によって身体・認知能力を変化させる技術の蓄積を目的としている。このため、提示情報・刺激に対する行動的反応測定、生理計測、脳機能イメージングに基づく総合的検証を計画している。

| Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements |
本研究は、現在喫緊の課題である、VR・AR技術がヒトの心理的過程や身体感覚等に及ぼす影響に関する科学的分析・評価に取組むもので、高い学術的意義が認められる。また、社会的受容の評価を実施する点で社会的なインパクト・実効性も高い。応募者は関連分野で多くの緻密な研究成果を積み重ねてきており、研究準備状況も十分である。
