Outline of Annual Research Achievements

(2-1) 生体防御反応モデル(体内感染症数理モデル)のパラメータ同定:各細胞に対する感染確率,抗ウイルス効率,移行率,クリアランス等のモデルパラメータをin vivo,in vitro実験データよりデータベース化した.最新の報告例の多いSARS-CoV-2を対象としたHost Cell Dynamics Model (宿主細胞ダイナミクスモデル)を構築し,モデルパラメータを同定した上で,2022年度に作成したin silicoモデルに実装した.
(2-2) 経気道曝露による感染リスクの可視化手法の確立:感染性物質の気道内粘膜上皮への沈着は非定常・不均一な分布となり,特に感染性物質の沈着量が局大化する部位 (Hot Spot)は感染リスク制御の点で重要な情報となる.気道内の感染性病原物質輸送(繊毛運動による粘液輸送)と沈着,生体防御反応の統合解析手法を確立し,SARS-CoV-2含有飛沫・飛沫核による経気道曝露・感染シミュレーションを実施し,室内から人体細胞内までの非定常・不均一感染リスクを3次元可視化表示する手法を確立した.
(2-3) in silico人体モデルを中核とした人体-室内環境系統合解析手法の確立:2022年度に開発したEWFモデルを気道モデルに実装した上で,咳による飛沫生成解析を建築空間を対象とした流れ場・温度場・湿度場の連成解析手法に統合した.さらに,感染性物質を対象としたEuler-Lagrange系の数値解析手法を統合することで,総合的な空気環境解析手法を確立した.
(2-4)サーマルマネキンを用いて経気道曝露ならびに経皮曝露を想定した濃度場測定実験を実施し,in silico人体モデルを用いた曝露解析の予測精度検証用データを蓄積した.

特に大きな変更点や問題無く,当初の研究計画に従って研究を推進している.既に,本研究に関連する研究分野ではトップジャーナルとなるComputer Methods and Programs in BiomedicineならびにBuilding and Environmentなどに複数の研究成果も公表されており,順調に研究が進展していると判断している.

当初の件研究計画に従って順調に研究を推進していることから,今後も研究計画に従って着実に研究を推進する予定である.
