| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The main goal of our research project is to create sustainable oral communication skill curriculum guides in the normalization stage of the hybrid education era by examining issues and needs to enhance the English oral communication skills of high-mid-low proficient college students through face-to-face and online instructions. We have gathered our data from students and teachers in 2022 (first year of the research using a survey questionnaire. Now we are analyzing the data from survey questionnaires and open-ended questions, until this summer 2023. Then we will submit the paper to our in-house journal in September, which will be published in April, 2024.

We are able to achieved our goals. 1) Gathered the data in 2022 from students and teachers, 2) Analyzing the data in 2023.

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
1. We will submit the paper to our in-house publication in September, 2023, which will be published in April, 2024. 2) We will present the results at a conference by March 31, 2024, 3) Publish the results at an international journal in 2024, 4) Construct a website for the research in 2025

| Causes of Carryover |
During this stage, we will disseminate our project results. In included in our project plan is to present the results at an international conference in language education and teaching. The other plan is to start the project website, which entails expenses.
