Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The research has progressed effectively throughout the year. The primary research goals for this period included identifying and disseminating findings, as well as further developing the study. In pursuit of these goals, segments of the data were analyzed and interpreted for presentations at conferences, where valuable feedback was garnered to enhance the research. Additionally, a segment of the findings, particularly those concerning leader humility and work-life facilitation, has been published in a scholarly journal. Furthermore, in an effort to refine and advance the study, extensive discussions were held with research collaborators to explore strategies for driving more significant and insightful contributions from the research.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
The research will be conducted in accordance with the research plan. After completing the data collection and analysis for the U.S. dataset, the research findings will be refined and submitted to a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. This submission aims to disseminate the results widely, engaging a diverse readership. Also, upcoming plans include hosting a seminar or workshop to share the findings with a broad range of individuals from various professional backgrounds.

Causes of Carryover |
This is mainly because of the decreased costs related to data collection. This fund saved will be used for covering expenses related to publication and the organization of a seminar.
