model spaces 間の rotationally symmetric な C-stationary map と symphonic map について研究を進めた. model spaces が4次元の場合, rotationally symmetric な写像に対して, C-stationary map であることと conformal map であることが同値であることを証明した. これは, C-stationary map という概念が, 変分問題からの conformal map へのアプローチになっていることの一つの根拠を示している. また, 4次元の場合は, C-stationary map のエネルギーと symphonic map のエネルギーは, 4-エネルギー（写像の微分の L^4-エネルギー）になっているが, 4次元の場合は, 4-エネルギーは conformal invariant であるので, model spaces が4次元の場合, rotationally symmetric な写像に対して, symphonic map であることと conformal map であることが同値であることも確かめられた.
また, conformal invariant という点に着目して, 一般の m 次元の場合に m-symphonic energy （symphonic energy の L^m-version）の条件のもとで, gap theorem と Liouville type theorem を導いた.

| Causes of Carryover |
新型コロナウイルスの健康への影響の懸念が小さくなってきたため, 研究のための出張旅費の使用を多めに設定していたが, 新型コロナウイルスの影響が少なからず, リモートでの対応など, 代替措置で行うことが多かったため, 使用額が大幅に減少した. 使用しなかった残額は, 次年度における図書費・消耗品費の追加費用として使用する予定である。
