Outline of Annual Research Achievements

サイバーフィジカルシステム(CPS)とは,物理システムと情報システムが相互結合したシステムである.電力,医療,農業,モビリティなど多くの分野に応用されている.CPSに対する制御手法の確立を目的として,さまざまな手法を開発した.
まず,セキュアな制御方法の確立を目指して,電力ネットワークの分散状態推定におけるサイバー攻撃の検出方法を提案した.計算途中の暫定的に推定値を活用することで,従来方法では検出できなかったサイバー攻撃を検出することが可能になった.
次に,車群制御に関連して複数エージェントの制御問題に取り組んだ.ある領域を複数エージェントで監視する監視問題では,混合整数計画問題を解くことで軌道を求める方法を提案した.中国人郵便配達問題を利用した可解条件も導出した.制御仕様が時相論理で与えられている制御問題では,強化学習を用いた解法を導出した.時相論理とは,時間とともに命題の真偽が変化する論理である.複雑な制御仕様を記述することが可能になる.アグリゲータを導入することで,学習が効率的に進むことを明らかにした.また,報酬分配についても新しい方法を検討した.最後に,複数エージェントによるオンライン配送計画問題を検討した.通常の配送計画問題では注文が入っている時間区間のみを考える.提案手法では,需要予測を活用して,より長い時間区間の最適化を考える.需要が高い荷物の発送場所に事前にエージェントを移動させることで,効率的な配送計画が実現可能になる.

セキュアな制御や車群制御に関する多くの成果が順調に得られている.来年度以降のさらなる発展が期待できる.したがって,本研究はおおむね順調に進展していると判断した.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

最新の研究動向を調査するために国際会議や国内研究会に積極的に参加していく.また,オンラインツールなどを活用して,海外の関連研究者と議論する場を積極的に持つこととする.
また,関連書籍や数値実験用の計算機,実験環境の充実を目指し,効率的に研究を推進する体制を整備していく.

Causes of Carryover

国際会議の開催地などの影響で次年度使用額が発生した.主に海外出張で使用する予定である.
