Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
In 2022 there were some delays due COVID, however we could do the work smoothly in 2023. We have already identified field experts to write chapters for our proposed edited column. Cooray is communicating with Springer Publishers in Tokyo get book contract. We plan to publish this edited column the first quarter of 2025.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
To disseminate the research outcome and to explore future research, we will organize an International Conference on "Harnessing Technology and Governance for Natural Capital Management." N. S. Cooray, the principal investigator, and Professor Saliya De Silva (co-investigator) will serve as co-chairs of this conference. Cooray will deliver the keynote speech at the 25th Conference on Accounting and Finance in Emerging Economies and share the project's outcome. This international annual conference is organized by the British Accounting and Finance Association and the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland, from 1 to 2 July 2024. We are working on an edited volume to be published by an internationally reputed publisher to disseminate our research output.
